Located in the Midway Area of St. Paul, Ryan Company has been systematically working alongside Orton Development on a 485,000 SF renovation into a multi-tenant flex space. Originally built in stages between 1900 and 1970, the former canning facility offers many businesses the opportunity for reuse while preserving its historic character. Ryan Company self-performed many of the services including steel stud framing, doors, hardware and accessories, site concrete and masonry, steel fabrication and installation, just to name a few.
