Conversion and modernization of a 2-story 60,000 Sq. Ft. office located in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
The old building was stripped all the way down to its shell, at which point all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were installed along with structural improvements, enlarged exterior windows, a new modern façade, and all new interior finishes.
